B2B Sales Specialist

Assist the B2B Sales Department with their mission to expand the program and to achieve incremental sales growth through business transactions: by providing analytical reporting support, assisting with IT system projects, and defining process efficiencies which help to increase the overall department’s profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of all reporting requests for the entire department, including tracking sales activity to analyze customer trends.
  • Key support role for business projects, IT enhancements, and defect resolution.
  • Internal support for technical (IT) issues for B2B Team and system trainings.
  • Responsible for partnering with Allocation on inventory and product related matters and Finance with payment and ledger clearing issues.
  • Process orders, where necessary, through multiple sales channels including BJs.com bulk orders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a corporate retail support position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in IT systems and sales programs.
  • Prior experience with SAP systems is strongly preferred. 
  • Must be detail oriented, possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically while executing tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work cross functionally throughout the entire organization to achieve results.
