Digital Marketing specialist will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies which generate traffic, engagement and revenue. This role will be responsible for profitably driving programmatic display, and video campaigns. Responsibilities will also include online metrics analysis with the ability to identify trends and apply appropriate insight and influence to change customer experience and online shopping behavior.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and lead execution of digital strategy across programmatic media w/ a goal to drive traffic, grow sales and increase member engagement
  • Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of digital media programs and demonstrating measurable results (ROI, CPA, ROAS)
  • Create, execute and report on web analytics and testing programs providing insight for optimization of all online programs
  • Participation in business planning including forecasting results based on marketing plan
  • Work with both internal and agency resources to execute on marketing initiatives; help select, manage, develop and motivate agencies and other business partners
  • Partners with brand marketing, creative & PR teams on optimizing digital advertising creative (banners, video) and creating integrated media campaigns
  • Stay current on new developments and emerging technologies in the online environment; utilize learning to drive marketing strategy

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and online marketing analytic tools required (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
  • Balanced leadership style that allows for strategic and business skills, a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought
  • Communication, especially in packaging content into presentations and being the person leading the room in meetings, articulating clear action items and providing direction
