DIRECTOR, HR TECHNOLOGY

Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, the Director, HR Technology develops and implements HR system and process improvement strategies that optimize the employee experience and deliver agile HR solutions that can adapt and respond to the needs of our business workforce and and provides insights into market-leading HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing strategic evaluation of HR systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory environment. Strives for operational excellence and simplicity in the employee experience.

Ensure HR operations audits and control processes follow federal and state regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Oversees the successful delivery deployment and adoption of complex projects (e.g. HCM) that require complex stakeholder management. Workday experience a must.

Optimize utilizing the HCM system to its full potential to streamline and automate systems and self-service.

Ensures the data integrity of HR systems through pro-active means (audits queries etc.) and supports future growth of data for analytical insights.

Lead and manage HRIS and TA Operations professionals providing coaching development and training.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources information technology business or a related field or equivalent combination of related professional experience and education.

10+ years of experience working with HR, IT and Payroll. Proven expertise implementing Workday HCM.

A minimum of five years’ experience managing and developing staff

Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas especially change management

Proven track record of building solid partner relationships influencing negotiating and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently in determining the most practical and effective applications of process revisions

Proven experience at planning, prioritizing, and delivering multiple cross-functional projects
