Job Summary

Reporting into the Vice President, Field Human Resources, the Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the development and implementation of selection programs, processes and media spend for field recruiting. You will be accountable for the overall success of a rapidly expanding, high-volume centralized stores' staffing team.



Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Develops staffing strategies and sourcing methods used by the recruiters to develop a qualified diverse applicant pool for available positions.
  • Manages the strategic staffing plan for the field to identify areas of bench strength weakness and executes strategies to address.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters who are responsible for high-volume, high-speed hiring goals. Provides guidance to staff on staffing strategy, departmental goals and policy direction.
  • Establish and report TA metrics across the field that measure, define and drive individual performance.
  • Collaborates with field, operations and corporate leadership to ensure the TA team is delivering consistent service – maintaining search momentum, pipelining diverse and inclusive candidates, and delivering the timely onboarding of new talent.
  • Oversees the coordination of new club staffing processes, initiating activities that will result in staffing the new clubs timely and within budget guidelines.
  • Reviews selection programs and tools, monitors current tools and programs and implements new programs/systems.
  • Partner with external job boards and marketing firms to drive effective recruitment strategy.



  • BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, or related field is highly desirable, advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting and staffing with at least 5 years’ experience managing a high-volume department in a multi-unit organization.   
  • Ability to drive strategic direction
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong metrics and reporting expertise relative to recruiting.
