As an intern you would report to a VP or above and be assigned a mentor that will help you navigate the day to day operations 

 

The Member Loyalty & Engagement intern will be responsible for learning all areas of the loyalty program here at BJ’s. There will be a strong focus on acquisition marketing, lifecycle marketing (once in the program) and field execution. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

 

  • Finding best practices for New Members
  • Finding best practices for Rewards Promo & Activation Playbook
  • Build asset library for loyalty program
  • Research retail incentive and recommendations

Requirements:

  • GPA of 3.4 or above
  • Preferred major and graduation year, competencies and experience designated by the business.
  • Leadership experience in programs, projects, clubs-preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Proficient in Excel, MS office, and Data Analysis
