We are looking for a Senior Personalization Program Specialist to join a new and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to actively shape the strategy and design of a program that transforms the way we engage our Members. This is a key growth initiative that has leadership exposure across the organization.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a unique and rich understanding of the Member needs and opportunities that can deliver meaningful top-line growth and better Member engagement
  • Work closely with the Director of Member Engagement and Retention to set the strategy for Personalized member engagement, including new approaches to member messaging and promos
  • Define campaign roadmap: what strategic / learning objectives to test over time
  • Analyze campaign results and learnings to adjust the roadmap
  • Actively own ad hoc analyses to prioritize testing initiatives based on opportunity size
  • Own forecasting for Personalization campaigns: tracking key performance metrics and managing the budget
  • Monitor the health of initiatives to ensure funding is deployed on the highest ROI+ opportunities
  • Work closely with the Director of Member Engagement and Retention to share key findings and potential impact with leaders across the organization

 

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in consumer / retail marketing with emphasis on test & learn and analytics-driven programs
  • Passionate about digging into data to understand the why and communicate the so what
  • Enjoy working in an innovative capacity, with a high degree of flexibility and ability to work in a more fluid and ambiguous environment
  • Experience developing financial plans and managing a budget a plus
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
